Making A Purchase

This could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please read the descriptions for indications of current stock availability and color range available. These provide a general guide only.
We currently ship in only 48 states of US and Alaska &Puerto Rico&Hawaii. If your address is in another region, you may not be able to complete the purchase.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Time

Your order should normally reach you within 4 to 5 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) of receipt of your order, but could take up to 7 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) to reach you. There may be additional processing delays over the Easter, Christmas & New Year periods. The quoted delivery time also includes the time required for processing the order. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Shipping and Handling

Pro Space Insulation policy for all products in this store is limited to 48 states in the United States. In particular, about orders from Alaska & Puerto Rico & Hawaii, we will contact you after checking the shipping cost when we receive the order to let you know the additional shipping cost of the order. It is up to you to decide whether to accept the shipping cost and then the order will continue or cancel.
We provide several ways of shipping: UPS, USPS, and FedEx. A signature will be required on delivery, so there needs to be an adult available at the delivery address. 

Tax Charges

7.25% sales tax will be charged for orders destined for California.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock, we will back order it for you, unless the item has Limited Availability, and therefore cannot be back-ordered. You will always be emailed (if the delay is likely to exceed our normal delivery period), with the option to remove this item from your order or cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you wish to remove the item or cancel your order, a refund will be made to your credit card or PayPal account for the item being removed or the full value of the order if the whole order is being canceled.

Returns

Any products in good condition can be returned and we’ll arrange a refund. You must contact us first if you don’t want the products anymore. We will deal with your requirement at the first time. A refund will not be given if the product is broken or until we receive your return.
