1. Our delivery partners: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other Ground Truck Carriers;

2. Orders will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout, Your order should normally reach you within 4 to 5 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) of receipt of your order,

but could take up to 7 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) to reach you. 

3. Pro Space Insulation provides standard shipping to 48 states areas throughout the United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii need additional charges by contacting our customer service rep.We will contact you after checking the shipping cost when we receive the order to let you know the additional shipping cost of the order. 

It is up to you to decide whether to accept the shipping cost and then the order will continue or cancel.

4. 7.25% sales tax will be charged for orders destined for California.

5. Your signature would be asked to confirm the successful delivery when you receive the items;

6. If your delivery fails with two attempts, your order will be returned to us and if you expect it delivered again, the cost of the delivery will be at your expense;

7. We make every effort to ensure your items be delivered as soon as possible after we receiving it. In the event of a delay, we will contact you in advance.
